In 2016, I graduated from Illinois State University with a Master's degree, a job offer, and a marriage. Sounds pretty good, right? I though so, too, until I realized I didn't know what my next "thing" was meant to be after the doors of academia closed.Enter (ryan)vention: I am a writer, a blogger, a reader, maybe a cat?, Yankee Candle enthusiast, cheese frequentist, and pizza opportunist on a constant search for my next macguffin. I also maybe sometimes make up words like "frequentist" because ~artistic license~.
